You can buy from Netshop online, over the phone, or by email.

Every new account opened with Netshop originates as a cash account. This allows customers to view recent purchases and place orders online. Alternatively, customers can contact our dedicated sales team to receive a quote or place an order.

As a 30 day account customer, you will have access to credit facilities.

To qualify for a 30 day credit account, you must pass the relevant credit checks and meet our minimum spend criteria, our management team will then review your application on an individual basis.

Orders sent by Economy Service 1-3 working days

The cut-off time for despatch of orders by our Economy Service is 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following working day - stock permitting.

We offer a range of different delivery services with all standard domestic consignments sent using TNT or Parcelforce. Our standard delivery service is Next Day. We also offer Timed deliveries and a Same Day service.

Yes, we offer direct delivery services to all our customers. As part of this service we  ship all direct orders as white label and upon request with your delivery note.

VAT of 20% is added to orders made from the United Kingdom or other members of the European Union.

If you are a company registered for VAT in an E.U. member country then you must give us a valid VAT number at the checkout to be exempt. This exemption does NOT apply to companies within the United Kingdom.

If you have a Special Exemption (charitable research etc.. ), you must send a copy of the exemption for the attention of Credit Control to [email protected]

Orders from the USA and all other countries are VAT free.

We aim to have credit notes generated within 2 days, after we’ve received the returned goods.
