Returns Policy

 

Standard Return Information

 

Goods ordered may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. Return Goods must be received in as new or same condition as sent with all software and product seals intact.
  2. Goods must be returned complete including all packaging, cables, manuals, etc for that product.
  3. The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.

Carriage costs for the original despatch and returning the goods are your responsibility unless it is deemed otherwise, the goods will remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

If the goods fail to meet the above conditions then we may refuse to accept the goods for return or provide alternative return terms.

The above returns policy does not apply to cabinets or any goods made to your specification, which cannot be returned unless they were damaged on delivery.

Please note that certain products that are purchased specifically to fulfill your order may incur further return costs.

Please note that a restocking fee of between 20% and 30% will apply to all Business Customer Returns.

Data/Server Cabinet Returns

 

As our Cabinets are built to order every effort should be made to ensure the cabinet you are ordering will suit your application and will fit into the intended location, if unsure please get in touch with our sales team on 012476 405790 for more information.

Returning the cabinets to us or directly to the manufacturer will remain your responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused either by yourselves or your shipping company. Please note that any cabinets that are made to your specification may not be returned to us unless they are damaged in transit.

 

Damaged Goods

 

As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damage being sustained during transit.

If you happen to receive damaged goods please report this ASAP and within 48 hours to enable us to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Please note this does not apply to cabinets. Once a cabinet has been signed for we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage. We strongly advise that all cabinets are unpacked and checked before signing for them.
