Netgear recommends the OnCall 24x7 offering as the minimum networking support level for customers seeking hardware and software coverage but do not require onsite maintenance support. The OnCall 24x7 ProSupport™ service support covers unlimited phone and email based technical support for standard and advanced features.

In the event of a hardware failure, NETGEAR will ensure that a replacement product is delivered for the next business day arrival.
